Common questions

Will I need a permit in Memphis?

Not if the container sits on your own driveway. When a dumpster has to go on a public street, the city of Memphis requires a right-of-way permit — we will point you to the right office.

Which size do homeowners choose most often?

The 20 yard. It handles everything from a kitchen renovation to a full-house cleanout, and it is the container we drop off the most across Memphis. If your project calls for something smaller, we will let you know and bring a 10 or 15 instead.

Where exactly will the container go?

Any spot our truck can access safely — your driveway, a side yard, or the street if you have a permit. Let us know which direction you want the door to face and we will position it accordingly.

How many days can I keep the container?

Every size comes with seven days on site as standard. Need more time? Reach out by phone or text before your scheduled pickup and we will extend the window.

Is same-day delivery possible?

In most cases, yes — call before 1pm on a weekday and we will fit you into that afternoon's route. Orders placed after 1pm go on the first morning run the next day.
